By now, you’ve heard the exciting news that we’ve teamed up with ALA to launch the first (ever!) Law Firm Leader Survey on OCG. We’re setting out to measure the impact of OCG, e-billing and billing compliance at law firms - data that is desperately needed in the industry right now.

So, should you take the survey? If you work as a law firm executive or part of the finance team at a law firm, the answer is a resounding YES!

Why take the time to complete the OCG Survey? Here are three reasons:

#1: The industry will better understand one of its core challenges.

Managing OCG compliance has quickly become one of the most significant challenges that industry professionals are faced with solving. While OCG compliance has typically been brushed off as a “cost of doing business,” that cost can amount to over $12 million per month. Understanding the scope of these compliance challenges and establishing a baseline is the first step to getting a handle on it.

#2: You’ll have access to the data.

As a courtesy, survey participants will receive a complimentary copy of the survey report. The survey will bring much needed data to help firms―and legal departments―understand the scope of the challenge OCG compliance presents, as well as provide the foundation for better business decisions.

#3: You’ll make history.

We’re in the midst of a compliance revolution as corporate counsel tightens the screws on its outside counsel to cut costs, and law firms are scrambling to adhere to guidelines in order to retain clients and get paid on time. The shift to better compliance is happening on both sides and the data generated as part of this survey will help the industry better understand how to achieve the new standard in compliance.

What are you waiting for? Click here to take the survey. All results will be kept confidential.
